We ensure quality from the very first moment
When products arrive at the warehouse, we carry out exhaustive quality checks.
An example of this is reviewing the condition in which garments arrive:
whether they are missing a button, stained, frayed; in shoes, whether a pair is mismatched, the sole is damaged, etc.
For cosmetic products, we check that items aren’t broken (if they come in glass) or that their packaging isn’t dented, and so on.
According to the latest DELOITTE report, 1 in 4 online purchases in Spain (2023) is returned—largely due to logistics errors.
This is why we are extremely thorough with our inspections.
Efficient Inspection of Returned Items
At Looper, we treat every return with the same care as a new product.
We classify, organize, and evaluate each returned item to determine whether it can be restocked or requires repairs.
In fact, we ask our clients to train us on their products so we can carry out quality control as accurately as possible.
We want them to tell us which aspects of the product concern them during logistics and which specific details we should focus on.
This inspection process allows us to maintain an organized and optimized warehouse, ensuring that returned products do not disrupt inventory flow and are always kept in optimal condition.
